As your real estate agent, I'll bring my years of experience successfully buying and selling homes in the local market. From Wilmington, Hockessin, Greenville, New Castle, Newark, Middletown, and anywhere in between, I keep my self abreast of the real estate markets.  I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and what it takes to make the deal go through.  Satisfying you, my client, is my most rewarding goal.

It takes a full-time commitment - anything less and you'd be short changed. I am the early bird of Realtors.  I am normally at work by 5:30 every morning scouring the new listings, price changes and sold listings so the I can email my clients by the time they arrive at work.  As a full-time agent, I'm able to "work the market" for you, keeping up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.
